Hours:
For errands: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3pm
*Closed on weekends & all major holidays
For pet/house sitting: 7 days a week 8am-8pm

Schedule at least 72 hours in advance preferably.
Errand Rates:
$24/hour during normal business hours (See “Hours” above)
$42/hour for any time before or after normal business hours
There is a minimum charge of 1 hr. for any service. After the first hour, additional time will be billed in 15 minute increments.
First 12 miles are included with service.
Additional miles .56 per mile
We can combine multiple errands into what we can do hourly. Charging by the hour, instead of by the task, provides more value to our clients. Depending on the request, we can typically accomplish multiple errands or tasks within a one-hour time frame!
Grocery Shopping rates:
$20 per hour + 10% of purchase total.
Unlimited stores. (Prices do not include the cost of merchandise purchased or services provided by third party vendors.) If products need to be purchased, payment MUST be issued for the cost of the goods before we will start the errand service unless other arrangements have been made.

Virtual Assistance - (performed from my home)
$17 per hour
The fine print:
*Busy B's requests that you give as much notice as possible, but understands that sometimes when you need us most is at the last minute. We'll try to accommodate you if we can, but please understand that we might not be available to handle last minute requests if we're already booked.
*Payment in full is due before completion of services. We accept cash, checks and paypal. There will be a charge of $35 for returned checks.
*Busy B's reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs, considering the customers interest
*Busy B's reserves the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe, illegal, unethical and/or unsuitable for its employees
*All services are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
*All services will be performed as efficiently and safely as possible.
*Please note that due to insurance restrictions, we cannot transport clients in our vehicles. Thank you for understanding
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel our services for any reason, please provide us with at least 2 hours notice for errand services or 48 hours for pet sitting services. Failure to provide us with sufficient notice to cancel a service will result in a charge of $25.
Privacy Policy:
We pride ourselves on keeping ALL client information confidential. We will NEVER share or sell your information to any third party source.
Discounts*
Seniors 65+ Better always receive a 10% discount
Veterans and Active duty Military receive a 10% discount
Spouses of currently deployed soldiers receive 10% discount
