A: An Errand/Concierge service is a company that is designed to assist you with your daily tasks, allowing more time for other things.
Q: Why do I need an errand service?

Q: How do I get started with your services?
A: That’s easy, contact us for a complimentary meet and greet.
Q: How do you charge for your errand services?
A: Most of our errand services are based on an hourly rate while others are on a flat rate. All errand services have a one hour minimum charge. This does not include cost of purchases.
Q: What is the minimum time we can hire you for?
A: We have a minimum of a one hour charge on our services and then we bill every 15 minutes after that so you can hire us for any length of time you require. You can combine services so that you are only charged the hourly rate no matter how many services we do for you in that hour.
Q: What geography do you cover?
A: Most of Bell County including Temple, Belton, Troy, Salado & other small surrounding areas. (I no longer cover the Killeen area).
Q: Can you do same-day requests?
A: Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: What if a service I require is not listed?
A: Just ask! We will do what we can to assist you. Requests for service which are illegal and/or unethical will not be granted.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You can pay with cash, check, credit card, Venmo or PayPal.
Q: Is my personal information kept private?
A: Yes, I keep my clients private. Any client mentions in testimonials and blog posts have the express permission of my client before I post them. Your privacy and security are important to me, so you can rest assured that no personal information will ever be divulged.
